Yes. Resident Relief Valet is owner-operated, so the people servicing your property are the owners themselves. The business carries general liability insurance through Next Insurance with $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate coverage per year. A certificate of insurance and W-9 are available on request.

Resident Relief Valet observes select major federal holidays, when doorstep collection does not take place. We always notify your property management team at least two weeks in advance of any holiday schedule change, so residents can plan accordingly. Collection resumes on the next scheduled service night.

When you partner with Resident Relief Valet, trash stops being your problem. Our uniformed team handles collection five nights a week on the schedule your community chooses, so breezeways stay clean, residents stay happy, and your staff can focus on what matters most. You pay a flat monthly rate per occupied home, with no charge for vacant units. That's especially helpful for communities still in lease-up, because your cost grows with your occupancy, never ahead of it.

Our standard service agreement is 12 months.

Pricing depends on your community's size and layout. New client communities start at an introductory rate of $13 per occupied home per month for the first 90 days, and you never pay for vacant units. Request a proposal below for exact pricing for your property.

Between 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM on service nights, right outside the front door. Please don't set trash out before 6:00 PM, so breezeways stay clean during the day. Bags should be tied, under 25 lbs, with pet waste double-bagged and boxes broken down. We don't collect furniture or large household items. If your community provides doorstep containers, bring them back inside by 9:00 AM the next morning.

If we miss a bag that was set out on time and within the guidelines, call or text (561) 396-5379 by 9:00 AM and we'll collect it the same day. Bags set out after 7:00 PM or outside the guidelines are collected on the next service night.
